Working with Learn to Cook

Last Thursday we visited the Station at Mill Point residential neighborhood as they held a cooking class for their residents! The program, Learn to Cook, is organized by the residence with the aim to provide students basic cooking skills that they will need while living outside of the dining halls.

Elon Dining chefs Candice and Danny were on hand to help students prepare pan-seared chicken in a mushroom supreme sauce and sides of fresh asparagus and sweet potatoes! We were glad to participate in this awesome program organized by the Station at Mill Point, and we look forward to future events!
