Giving Back over Thanksgiving Break

While students were away from campus for Thanksgiving Break, our team at Elon Dining began our annual preparation for our Thanksgiving meal donations to the Allied Churches of Alamance County Food Pantry and First Baptist Church. Our management team spent part of their day in the kitchen, preparing turkey, macaroni and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes, stuffing, rolls, and cookies.

The next day we loaded up our truck and delivered 1,000 meals between the two churches, which were served on Thanksgiving Day to those in need in Alamance County.
