Designed to cater to a diverse palette, Lakeside serves up a delightful mix of international dishes alongside perennial favorites such as a salad bar and a yogurt bar available throughout the day. At the heart of our global theme, the World station introduces a different cuisine each week, each reflecting the rich traditions of a new culture. For those who crave creativity and local street flavors, our Street Food station offers chefs the freedom to experiment and craft unique, inspired dishes. Sweet treats from our own Lakeside bakery await at the Confectionary station.

For those with dietary restrictions, our Allgood station offers menus free from the top 9 allergens, crafted in a separate kitchen. Additionally, Our Harvest 9 pantry provides a safe and specialized area for students with food allergies, complete with certified gluten-free and alternative dairy products, and separate appliances (Access requires consultation with Dietitian Maddie Ring). Whether you’re an adventurous eater exploring global flavors or seeking a comforting classic meal, Lakeside Dining Hall has something for everyone.
