Monday April 22
Scrappy Smoothie Bowls 
Location: Outside Lakeside
Time: 11:00am-1:00pm
Join us for a special breakfast treat with smoothie bowls featuring fruit scraps and locally sourced toppings!

Coolfood Station Takeovers 
Location: Clohan, McEwen, Lakeside 
Time: Lunch
Stop by any of our three dining halls for lunch to try a low carbon footprint and nutritionally balanced “coolfood” certified meal. These recipes are certified climate friendly and a great way to celebrate Earth Day!

Tuesday April 23
Garden Party 
Location: McEwen
Time: 11:30am-4:00pm
Celebrate Earth Week with a special lunch takeover at McEwen Dining Hall. Join us for a garden themed menu, specialty drinks, floral desserts, and fun outdoor picnic seating!

Wednesday April 24
Allgood Station Takeover
Location: Lakeside 
Time: 11:00am-4:00pm
Taste an allergen-friendly and earth-friendly dish created by Chef Jeffrey!  

More Fruits and Veggies
Location: Outside Clohan
Time: 11:00am-1:00pm
Join our Registered Dietician and Sustainability Coordinator to taste some fun ways to enjoy more fruits and veggies in your diet and help the planet!

Thursday April 25 
Earth Fest 
Location: Medallion Plaza to Lake Mary Nell
Time: 5:00pm-7:30 PM 
Meet our local partners, enjoy ten exciting tents full of food and drinks, spend time outside with your friends, and even pet cows at our annual Earth Fest celebration!

Lakeside & McEwen will be closed for dinner April 25th.
