Elon Dining in the classroom!

We had a great time teaching Elon students about food safety and chatting with our Registered Dietitian Amanda about dietary needs this week!

Their class, Culinary Transformations, is a chemistry course that teaches applied chemistry in the context of cooking and baking.

Our Global Neighborhood Director Pinky also took them on a tour of our Lakeside kitchen!
